Its primary focus is on the scalable and repeatable condensate rich Montney formation in the Alberta Deep Basin (Wapiti Montney). Its core operating areas of Wapiti and Pipestone in the Montney formation are located near the City of Grande Prairie, Alberta, approximately 600 kilometers northwest of Calgary. Its Montney Formation is a shale gas and shale oil resource. The Montney formation in the Wapiti area is a thick (200m+) section of hydrocarbon-charted fine-grained reservoir found at depths ranging from 2,500-3,500m.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Nuttal leaves NVA in the dust....I owned the base assets of surge a million years ago when it was called Zapata, for the old guys out there, my  #1 pick is POU, and i also like Kelt, i likw ARX but dont like the management. 

I feel these share buyback at 95 dollar oil, is simply burning shareholder equity and buying your shares back at the top of the market. If they want to buy shares buy someone elses shares not your own. Return the capital to the shareholders is my first choice. 

The oil industry have never sustained these prices in history, and something will happen that will result in lower energy prices.

Part of making money is oil and gas is knowing when to fold them.
