Funny It’s intriguing to observe TDman’s new direction, where he adeptly channels his inner executive armchair quarterback, offering insights on how Andrew should allocate his time. In essence, he’s addressing questions that may have been relevant years ago, potentially not considering that one can indeed manage multiple endeavors simultaneously. This capability should be recognized as a strength for Andrew, fostering the development of diverse skill sets and experience in finance-related businesses, such as CPCs.
Well Sampier, as a company owner I see things quite differently then you idiots. If the employee was excelling at his own job and doing an everything expected of him for his paycheck then there would be no problems. If the employee was struggling to complete even the simplest tasks and could not achieve milestones but strives to be a singer songwriter and decided to dedicate his time and energy which directly interferes with his job then a decision would have to be made and most likely the employee would be fired.
Even though the salary is quite meager (how can anyone survive or invest on that?)the expectations shouldn't be lowered to match output. Three CTO's under his direct leadership and no revenue but don't question anything? Did the shareholders benefit from the director position or just the individual? I would would bet not many people knew of Green Panda Capital and the relationship before today. Looks like the company secured some money from a placement. What expertise was provided?
Why cry and have the post removed? I also think the ceo is not capable of providing a return to investors based off this direction and history over the last decade. What's the share price and how long was the last business cycle?
