Predictabel.The last leg of the Kondriaf wave sqeezes last of retail I imagine a good bet right now is selling your properties and buy more NHK. As homes will probably loose half their value in the coming depression as  Nhk should 10 bagger as Gold soars. IN a few years to $20,000. Stayhard
