They are claiming a NAV or $32+, yet are trading at a MASSIVE discount to that. Yield is now over 11 %. This is becoming a joke.
Unfortunately, during the early days of the oil market crash in 2014-2016 the shar price plunged and they wrote down their NAV and cut distributions as well. This was coupled by a huge asset sale and transition from a Calgary centric focus to more downtown Toronto.
I have to admit, they did manage to pull a rabbit out of the hat and the share price recovered to mid-high 30s in 2019-early 2020.
Lets see if ole Coop can pull another one
