RE:A new Wilan campaign v. HP/Lenovo (future money to QTRH???)These are the USB patents acquired in Nov-2021.  (https://www.quarterhill.com/news/news-details/2021/WiLAN-Subsidiary-Acquires-Wired-Connectivity-Patent-Portfolio/default.aspx). 

USB-C will become the standard in EU in 2024-2026.

The Complaint indicates that Wilan has licensed this IP to Intel.

Interestingly, Wilan requests a declaratory judgment that its negotiations toward a license with HP were conducted in good faith, are not in violation of the VESA or USB-IF IPR policies, and are consistent with competition law requirements.
