RE:RE:Private PlacementPerhaps.  Nobody is denying the fact that this is a sh**co.  The bet is they find a solution to their BMO debt problem - whether that be the sale of an asset, the raising of capital, or finding alternative financing.  If that happens - the share price goes higher and the trade is successful.  There is probably enough there in the way of EBITDA potential for that to happen - although the outlook for the housing market doesn't help at all (I'm bearish on the housing market but more particularly in Canada).  Your concerns are totally valid - perhaps just a different level of risk acceptance.  Not sure why you're bothering posting as a critic - it would be a dangerous short sale.  Public service?
