David Klein: “stock consolidation expected in October”

David Klein: “stock consolidation expected in October”

The only question remaining is what ratio will they use?
5:1?

10:1?

This has been overly disappointing. As one other poster noted, the company couldn't have picked a worse time to announce a private placement. They had all the steam and momentum in the world pushing it to new highs.

And a final thought for today: why was the private placement necessary after raising $155M from the sale of properties? Doesn't make sense.

This company is purposely keeping the share price low. I'm terrified to see what happens after consolidation... likely back to 50 cents.

Ffs!!!
