RE:If Dave Palmer had any belief in the Novador project heAs much as I completely disagree with most of your posts- and I think Seema is doing great- I do occasionally agree with you. This is one of those times. We are currerntly positioned to get taken out with a lowball offer-  and at this point it's hard to even care. And you can say that they don't have to accept any offers but premiums are never that crazy so the buyout will be based on a premium of the stock price at the time we are acquired- so the price does matter. If they believe the company is undervalued- then they should be buying up shares left and right. Ultimately they would stand to gain more than anyone because the buyout price will be based on the stock price at least to some degree. The drill results look great, so why wouldn't they buy shares?
