In a perfect world he would be loyal to Canopy shareholders. That doesn't seem to be in the cards. Now we have a new twist. It looks like the House Republicans have imploded. Does Klein wait for the shorts to drive this back to .50 before issuing the R/S. Or will a 5:1 make more sense with a tanking share price. Other than a hail mary from the DEA. A SAFE passage looks doubtful anytime soon.
