MediPharm Labs Corp. is a Canada-based full-service pharmaceutical company. The Company specializes in the development and manufacture of purified, pharmaceutical-quality cannabis concentrates, active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and advanced derivative products. This agreement hasn't closed yet, they could offer more cash and stock to takeover the Corp... Strong financial liquidity position of ~$466 million, consisting of $179 million in cash, including restricted cash and $287 million in marketable securities
