RE:RE:The offering at $3.5 killed this stock for the short termI only hope you are right :) The reality if that E3 as of today is still at ambrion level and they are doing good job so far in proving the concept. I agree wit you tha when conpared to peers, it is undervalued but the realy is that E3 owners valed their company as of today at $3.5 and that forces any investor to consider what price they are willing to pay to get in. You will agree with me that NO investor will pay more than $3.5, instead any investor will try to get in at lower price. I'm personnally bulish in E3 but FOR NOW anything above $3 is premium price for me as an investor as I seek at least 2X my money.
The valution is now at $3.5 and that introduiced dilution for old investors! Teh value for me as an investor is to get in at or under $2 to make it worth the risk!
Keep in mind, that the commercial production E3 will HAVE TO raise capital again and that is the risk of further dilution of investors that got in earlier.
