MPL does have final acceptance from the FDA on the facility in Barrie and acceptance for the cannabinol drug masterfile....as does JAZZ...if your a pharmaceutical Corp developing a new cannabiniod drug you will not contact the leading pharmaceutical company in this field JAZZ to formulate your API, JAZZ is in the business of development where as MPL is in the business of cannabinoid API supply..The pharmaceutical Corp would have to tell JAZZ indication, dosage, formulation and trial details for JAZZ to be able to apply for export into the U.S..this information is to secretive to share with the largest cannabinoid drug manufacturer/pipeline on the planet...it will never happen..
