dynaCERT....My Guess.....

dynaCERT will not survive as a public company with the current ownership structure. Current shareholders will be wiped out. A "NewCo" will emerge as a private entity and it will be that entity that does the deal with CN.

Do not be surprised to see current management team and friendlies as participants in NewCo.

New Co will then invest some $$$ in CN and take CN public. Current DYA shareholders will be left with nothing
