I have to agree, claiming that GRB is giving up a billion dollars of revenue simply doesn't make a lot of sense.

But the reaction of the market today sure doesn't ooze confidence in Jeff's ability to close this deal. Probably shouldn't be surprised at that. However, if they get this and Sage Ranch done, everyone will be very happy, no doubt.
