I agree totally with your comments Drewmumaw.  You nailed down the issue with this company.  As Warren Buffet said it many times, we can't as a passive investor replace a management team and the stock may continue to languish for a while.  That's true.


However, I have been investing in stock market for many decades now, and I can tell you that reversion to the mean is a very strong force.  The nature doesn't like the status quo, far from it.


With a valuation so cheap (in truly Ben Graham style), one day or another a catalyst will rerate this stock for another growth cycle and force management changes.  That how busines works.   As no shareholder owns more than 10% of the company as of today, this kind of stock is appealing for a future growth platform starting with almost zero risk.
