Surely,If you rate their performance by the current SP,management is grossy overpaid..Suresh could Easily own a good chunk of the Company with all his cheap options and annual compensation,which is shown just under 2 Mill$$$$ per annum.There is No support for this POC at any price and seems that we will be under $3.00 very SOON.Current management has failed us and I'm totally appalled that the BOD just stands by and allows this to happen.IMHo
