As Mr. Pidduck said during a conference call, we cannot disclose the name of our pharmaceutical partner for competitive reasons. So at the time that statement was made by Mr. Pidduck, LABS and their pharma partner had a large competitive edge over everyone else...their global pharma partner leveraging the leap frog by LABS. I'm still bringing this up....there were 3 founders of LABS but only 2 names have been publicly disclosed, the 3rd is a complete unknown and LABS being founded in 2014 is at least 20 years after Mechoulam scientifically proved the existence of the human endocannabinoid system and how cannabinoid molecules act like switches on the human cannabinoid receptors.
I firmly believe, the traditional global pharmaceutical partner that LABS is working with is ALSO the 3rd unknown founding entity of LABS. The relationship of their "pharma partner" then goes back a long ways and it is that time in history that helps explain how the heck LABS has a pipeline of over 20 strong clinicals now in LATE STAGE.
A smart global pharma leveraged Canadian legalization but on the path of science, research and development for pharma applications.
When you stand back, LABS is the real odd ball in the crowd, everyone rushing to the gold rush for recreational but LABS was working to become a pharmaceutical based company which they have established themselves as. That was the thrust before LABS came into existence.
Just over $7 is the 52 wk high, if it hits that in less than 2 weeks I will ride the feeding frenzy and sell higher. If it's a slow climb that takes 4 to 6 months I sell at the 52 wk high. So it all depends on the structure of the news disclosures LABS will bring forth this quarter.
North of $10 million, I don't need more money than that, capital gains tax is offset by having my TFSA stuffed to the max, all with LABS. Exposure outside the TFSA is minimal....I'll send Ottawa my tax cheque.
