RE:RE:RE:We are not aloneHey S1i, to me, it's not which U S. companies have FDA approval, it's which ones don't need it. From what I have found at least 10 states don't require FDA approval for medical cannabis or derivatives. It's like a legal black market that will take a big bite out of marketshare. This from the FDA website:
What is FDA’s reaction to states that are allowing cannabis to be sold for medical uses without the FDA’s approval?
A. The FDA is aware that several states have either passed laws that remove state restrictions on the medical use of cannabis and its derivatives or are considering doing so. It is important to conduct medical research into the safety and effectiveness of cannabis products through adequate and well-controlled clinical trials.
