This deal invovled a partner selling their stake in the project, and equity financing, and a spin-out of other assets into a new company owned by existing shareholders.
LME on the otherhand is 100% owned, free of debt, and 80% owned by insiders, friends and family. A much EASIER company situation to be able to execute a transaction that maximizes shareholder value.
