Not to worry at all because any major pharmaceutical company that is already registered as such with the FDA is NOT going to breach Federal law by selling a pharmaceutical drug at the state level while to trying to by pass the FDA...that's a suicude move. I think those "medical" applications at the state level is similar to going on line in Canada and getting a "medical certificate" through the internet from an outfit in British Columbia enabling you to buy flower, etc, for your recreational purposes under a "medical certificate". The big money is with big pharma and not those that set up a mall booth selling CBD. They can sell that CBD from their booth in a mall but DO NOT make any medical claims, that is in violation of Federal law and the FDA will enforce it. They've taken down many websites at the state level for perpetrators making medical claims WITHOUT clinical trial/scientific evidence.
