RE:RE:RE:Elephant in the room I don't know what further information Chris would need to provide. Stock options are added to taxable income (FMV less option price) when the options are exercised, so the insiders will incur a tax liability and some have chosen to pay their liabilities through sale of a portion of their E3 holdings. I understand that the tax liability does not have to be paid to April 30th but E3 does not control the actions of their executives or directors.
Insider trades are public information.
The last time I looked, insiders owned a fair bit of E3 stock which gives me confidence in holding my investment in this.company. I noted that Chris owns a big chunk of stock.
