Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Pfizer invested $25mil at $5.33 per share . After this investment Caribou did financing for $125mil at $6.5 per share which make sense. Why ONC did financing at very low price before partnership agreement not after? Are ONC having problem to have partner ? To many difficult questions .
