Fall in half.5.50 on 65k shares.
Risk arbs become long term share holder's.
What is the future? They learn about valves and get caught up in the depressing world of asbestos litigation. 
Another million shares to go. This will be torture for the long's. 
Toss in Tax loss season. This will be a value buyer dream at some point.
Not today however.
