in march it was stated that that an equiy raise is probable. nothing about that since, but i think that it is a certainty (unfortunately markets have been absolute trash and looks like will be for a while)
jan. - start early works on the property. Jamie went on to say that genm has a very good construction team/contractors
from apr. 27 - nda's signed re. take out, but not likely in near term. (the name Sibanye has popped up from time to time imo)
anyway, genm is in limbo for a bit. i expect clarity soon and a re-rate well before year end
