The Rondonia assets have "strategic value as a portfolio of exploration projects". "portfolio" means something owned by a single entity! Would not a spin-off fall into that category and you would still be a shareholder? The "for sale" here is just jumping to an obvious and hasty conclusion based on the initial NR! Let's wait and see!
