RE:Jeff Clark : The Gold AdvisorWhen Jeff speaks, I listen. This was the most compelling piece about Tectonic for me to follow Jeff's advice and invest in Tectonic.
An exerpt from his September 26th write-up:
“It's thus not surprising to hear that Crescat Capital is a large investor. In fact, when management presented the Flat project to them, Crescat doubled their position and became Tectonic’s largest shareholder at 19.5%. They’re not the only big investor: funds like RCF, Gold 2000, Mackenzie and others have bought shares. Alaska’s leading Native Regional Corporation, Doyon, also bought 12% of Tectonic. Two of the company’s founders, Tony Reda and Eira Thomas, are the two largest single retail shareholders, with the Tectonic team in total owning 11%. Add it up and roughly 60% of the shares outstanding are in strong hands.”
Not many exploration companies have a cap table like Tectonic's, and it certainly lowers the risk in a high risk industry.
