Don't forget that Osmose has 1 month after the completion of the FS (i.e September 25th) to fork over some $ or the terms of the LOI are breached.

"....Euro10,000,000 within 30 days of Erin’s completion of a Serbian-compliant feasibility study, in return for a 20% undivided interest in Balkan Gold".
