RE:RE:RE:for contextNo clear answer on my part, but do have to ask my self and you have eluded to on this BB, everyone is at mercy of those with the money, I am not aware of any junior in our class that is being successful in getting those with the $$ to the table, and most if not all have far less opportunity that what we sit on at con and the entire ygt claim, our brown field status potential with con and the fact as GP says everyone goes home at night. When is he finds more indication of hg gold this deposit will be at the top of the list for many.
many can't move, some who are may have given the farm away to do so. GP has strategically been able to move ahead as he said slowly in these markets you can sit back and wait, but fact is where others are not he is moving us forward.
Clearly money is tight, the big guys looking for inventory, huge speculation on where gold could go, we could be a couple meters away from 1, 2 or more additional million OZ ....depending what that drilling reveals, I consider gps comments talking small mil north to move ahead failing some bigger party coming to the table, it great thinking and shows his confidence .....but who knows who steps in.
it's fact that this deposit is not in the middle of no where and is a huge factor, he is clear on that and the huge saving on mine site infrastructure / development costs and those of us here all know that, all he needs to do is find a bit more.
If he finds what he thinks is there in a big way, my guess is Newmont is back at the table and con is reactivated in some significant way ...and may be a reversal of gps plan of 1000 tpd plan bringing ore from the north to YK lol .....if it's there at con you can't walk away from hundreds of millions of site prep, shaft and power infrastructure etc etc that exists ....and yes no seasonal roads, camps etc etc .like so many others face .....this project has everything....dust and noise in a development concerns of the community ? ....Well that will be Newmonts problem and latest greatest technology may hold some answers.....the community and the north needs projects and we may have to bite the bullet to get this one if he finds the bigger hidden deposit.
