It gets better.... From the Aug. 2022 43-101
26.2 Lithium Processing:
The following need confirmation through additional test work and pilot scale testing:
*Confirm the sorbent performance, kinetic and equilibrium data
*Optimization of the current IX system envisaged; compare the current “sorbent-in-brine” IX circuit with a fixed bed system
*Quantify the removal efficiencies and species formed for secondary contaminants such as boron,
strontium, and manganese removed in the secondary purification stage where impurities (largely calcium and magnesium) are removed via precipitation;
simulate the system at lab scale
*Demonstrate the feasibility of the IX process at pilot scale using Leduc brine
*Demonstrate feasibility of downstream processing included electrolysis using Leduc brine
Qualifying Person: Peter Ehern
He has 5 sections of responsibilty, but pointing out the Li processing

April 20th, 2023 Tech Report:
*A site visit was not required by Peter Ehren, AUSIMM, to validate the 13 Mineral Processing and
Metallurgical Testing data as the review was completed remotely.
_______
He is also the project QP, prior to LHM processing.
Attaching his LHM processing to E3, will also qualify it for all tax programs.
Expecting a great Agreement on the LHM processing. Sure it's already an NDA.
All-around outstanding!
