If the ceo was confident he would hold what he has take part in the recent PP and then pick up shares in the open market because those shares will be at a discount to the recent PP, they consolidated at 0.60 then bent the retailer over the chair and now we will be under 0.40. Guessing the ceo won't buy on the open market, he will wait for the next so called PP at 0.20. These guys are in an industry where the majors have a bit more money to throw at R&D then Hillcrest and will get it to market long before, after hitting some milestones and presenting at several forums haven't gotten any interest literally none. A positive demonstration of the Hercules p-up is what might get some attention, guess this is where u tell me to sell out, well that process was started when they announced consolidation and it won't be long before I light a match to the rest.
