It is worth noting that NBLY is trading at 11% discount to the offer price today. This is 30%+ annual return with the deal closing in 90 days. The chances for the deal not closing is very low considering the dominant ownership position of the buyer, unanimous board approval, and the equity + debt nature of the buyout.
