hilariousgreat action today; stock trades all day at 1.43 - 1.44 range unchanged.  then at 16:10, CIBC decides its a great idea to buy a few hundred shares at 1.50 to goose the price a few cents.  Where are the regulators that are supposed to police these shenanigans.
