I think they should change the name of the committee from the strategic committee to the stupid or the dimwitted incompetent committee. Let’s see if we can bring a vote at the next meeting. Or at least have someone explain to them that strategic does not mean incompetence and losing money for your shareholders.

PDL has not bought much shares since the announcement of the forming of this brilliant committee.
