And they try to spin this as "good" news? Sounds a heck of a lot like what Trump might try to pull off.

And does anyone realise that even if the deal actually goes through, DWAC is going to give all of their money to Trump, which he will probably use for lawyer fees, as he tries to stay out of prison. All DWAC shareholders will have is an interest in a pathological liar's chat board?

Why on earth would anyone own this "stock"?
