RE:EVLV Being Investigated by the FTC

RE:EVLV Being Investigated by the FTCAgreed. I ve been thinking how easy it would be customers to switch if wanted. I mean they already have operated with similar ish model (w/ non pure metal detectors) and staff is educated so to speak thus thinking it lowers the barrier. Also thinking how common it is in sec field overall to switch vendor. Some say it happens often if customer not happy and as u said subscription lowers the barrier again. Luckily we are out there and have more and more visibility so fewer customers that havent heard us. Then the other side, trust on AI weapons detection overall. I thank PEs attitude of massive focus on customer retention and satisfaction. This could pay out now. These systems are already in wide use so I dont think customers go back to old school systems beside maybe few evolvs school customers.. lets see how muddy season treats evolv.
