RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:GOLD up $38.00 Do you really think TUD can come along 9 years later and object to the SEA tunnel permits that TUD knew existed when TUD got involved in TC and on which SEA based hundreds of million of dollars of spending? Why would the BC government want to expose itself to a lawsuit for billions based on the NPV of a fully permitted KSM? When SEA has said it will move the tunnel route if TUD comes up with an economic deposit?

There is no rock and a hard place for SEA and no big payoff for TUD from SEA as far as I can see. It makes no sense.
