Forget the 30% upfront payment. The conditions for a uinque jet buy and for an 25 jets orders are different. Buyers like Flexjet never put a 400M$-600M$ cashdown for orders. They couldn't and they have not to.
I'm sure that Bombardier will be happy with a 50M$ cashdown for a 25 jets order. More important for Bombardier are the price and the progressive payments during the jet assembling.
