I believe in the end valuation matters.
The company tests the willpower of shareholders.
But, the break up values are a multiple of the share price.
Apr is a mistake in hind sight.
My guess, it is a good buy at 10.
We will see re Highland Gate. I built some homes in the early 90s. I know from experience, a quick turnaround is important. Highland has not been quick, and the low cost land advantages have been likely wasted.
Re Rai and health. The company needs a catalyst event.
I have no doubt there will be bidders for land.
