RE:what happen to me

RE:what happen to meZambala,

Thank you for relating your extensive long term relationship that you have had over many years (and company names) in supporting this company.
Many of us are in the same situation which can only be described as very frustrating.
Your situation is espesially concerning given the amount that you invested both in time and funds.
It cannot be estimated how much you have lost even if you had just invested the same amount in an average mutual fund given how good the market had been over that period.
The company has always portrayed itself as a 'game changer' or having 'disruptive technology' which to date has not been proven true.
You have every right as do all shareholders to expect answers from the company that we all collectively own.
That has been the complaint of many posting here with the response from the predictable few who constantly respond with 'call the company'.

Just called management

Whoever posted that management doesn't answer or return calls is making a FALSE statement. Take those posters with a grain salt as having any credible knowledge. I called management, had no difficulty at all talking to them and everything is advancing as planned. As usual the same group of posters like to make false statements, accusations and like to drum up something from nothing. It's pathetic how these losers have nothing better to do.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Your post proves these guys are full of it which most of us already knew.
It is likely that both of these posters are either company insiders or somehow benefit from their statements.

As for reporting possible fraud?
That is your right.
If you paid for something and do not receive it in a reasonable timeframe what else can you do?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If someone doesn't receive the goods or services they paid for, what happens to the money depends on the specific circumstances and the actions taken by the parties involved. Here are a few possible scenarios:

  1. Refund or Resolution: In many cases, if a buyer doesn't receive the expected goods or services, they may contact the seller or service provider to resolve the issue. The parties may negotiate a resolution, such as providing a refund, reshipping the product, or offering an alternative solution.
  2. Dispute Resolution: If the buyer and seller cannot reach a resolution on their own, they may engage in a dispute resolution process. This could involve filing a complaint with the relevant consumer protection agency, seeking mediation or arbitration, or initiating a legal process to recover the funds.
  3. Chargebacks: In certain cases, if a transaction was made using a credit or debit card, the buyer may request a chargeback from their card issuer. A chargeback is a reversal of the payment, initiated by the cardholder's bank, to return funds to the buyer's account. Chargebacks are typically used when there is a dispute or fraudulent activity related to the transaction.
  4. Legal Action: If all other avenues fail, the buyer may choose to take legal action against the seller or service provider to recover the funds. This could involve filing a lawsuit, seeking a judgment, and potentially pursuing debt collection efforts if successful.

It's important to note that the specific laws and regulations governing these situations can vary between jurisdictions, and the rights and options available to buyers may depend on the terms and conditions of the transaction and applicable consumer protection laws. It is advisable to consult local consumer protection agencies or seek legal advice to understand the specific rights and remedies available in a particular situation.

In any case, it is generally recommended for buyers to thoroughly research and verify the credibility and reputation of sellers or service providers before making a purchase, and to retain records of transactions and communication to support any future claims or disputes.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The responses that you did receive from the company are not in line with what a reputable company would do.
Thanks again for posting and letting everyone know what is really going on.
No response from the company is bad enough but when asking for an update or getting what you paid for draws that kind of response it is disappointing.
Hopefully this situation turns around soon and things can move in a positive direction.

How about it Western Mag, an update of what you have been up to since the halt and what are the plans for the future?
Is that unreasonable?

Best of luck to you and all of us.
