My guess is the current "order" from H2Tek, which shares the same address as DYA, is about as legitimate as the KarbonKleen order of 3000 units, or the Guyana "order" through the "conduit". Gotta love that only about $20,000 has traded since this big announcement. All the people who imagined they "lucked out" buying 460,000 shares exactly a week before the latest news are still stuck. lol.
