Does Political Endorsement mean approval and funding? Don't think Avalon is there yet.
How does Green Technology and Rock Teck plans having a "Leg Up" benefit Avalon?
Even though you might be on the right track I don't understand the reasoning behind your post and how the information therin would benefit Avalon. 
Please explain more clearly.
