DD is very important learn how to do it. Piedmont has a dual listing. It's an Australian company with an original ASX listing symbol PLL.  The stock is trading in Australia at the price of 0.54 . US listing is fairly new and the numbers of shares listed in US adds to the total astronomical dilution. As for TSLA signing agreement  with PLL... hell why not - just in case one of PLL ambitious projects works out.
