Zero 3rd Qtr News to date

Surely, the only way they can get away with a complete Quiet Out is to be deep in complex M and A negociations that the regulators are aware of, where any news could cause any terms being negociated to be a constantly moving target.

Below is the only news released by FEC in 3Qtr so far, it is only the required 2Qtr Financial Data and mandatory reports. The 7/31 news release is announcing the date the 2Qtr numbers will be released and info on the accompanying confernce call.

Last year the 3rd Qtr Finaanacial Data was released on 11/1/22. So there has not been a word of operational news or any news but the 2nd Qtr requirements since the 6/28/23 Wei well update.

Based on this, if they release the 3Qtr reports around 11/1 as they did last year, it is looking likely that there will be news around 10/20 announcing the date of the 3rd Qtr Financial Statements, etc. Hopefully, there is some good news that will come out of the 3rd Qtr news release and conference call. As it is looking like we may go an entire Qtr with no news but the Mandatory report news.
