RE:An email I sent to BCSC team today

RE:An email I sent to BCSC team todayIn brief, depending on the possible transaction, it would require 2/3 of the votes or 90% of the votes (excluding shares belonging to possible insider(s) making offer) to agree to the offer. Long holders reading this that may be holding well above $1.50 or $2.50 would most likely decline the offer if it wasn't enough. It wouldn't matter in that case if enough people who are buying at these lower prices today, would agree to a buyout with a premium on what the SP is trading at today, and also make up more than 2/3 of votes in favor.

Notice all those millions of DSUs that directors and insiders have been receiving this year? and how all those DSUs reduced their average price per share paid? Go see my posts from last week. Insiders (directors) are averaging around 15 cents to 39 cents CAD per share when factoring DSU and shares bought on market).
