Fobi's role in the 8112 ecosystemBased on information from the CB we have Fobi playing a couple of roles in the ecosystem.
1) Working with CPGs to create the MOF and deposit the Offer file in the Coupon Bureau database.
2) As a provider - receives the base data from the MOF and distributes the coupons to the consumers. In doing so, Fobi will add a unique serial number to each coupon and update the MOF

Distribution Providers Also, if I am correct instead of showing fobi as the distributor this used to have QPles.... I think fobi need to do a better job at brand recognition if it wants more to elevate its profie as a go-to company. Today Fobi is playing a great role in the wallet market as well as the 8112 but unfortunately this is being done under different names (Passcreator, Qples, Passworks) and in many cases Fobi is lending its expertise to other companies that showcase it as their own (just take a look at other distributors using Fobi tech (Vericast, SMS, Catalina). All of this is good on the short term but does little for the Fobi brand recognition.
3) Finally, Qples by Fobi provides attribution data through its online portal, to help the CPG understand how the campaign is performing in real-time, and allowing them to make changes to optimize the campaign mid-flight. I think the real time insight provided by Fobi as part of #3 is really important.
