YES... The 1st step (and let's be accurate) is to submit an application to the Chief Gold Commissioner of British Columbia. We all know it's about the MTT but the release didn't specify.
If.. And that's a BIG IF this person does not satisfy TUD's complaint they can proceed to challenge in court.
It is amazing that SEA is announcing a JV in Q1 2024 and the MTT is absolutely not settled.
