Strategic committee

Strategic committee Don't know how truly independent or working in best interest of shareholders they are. That's what scares me.  It seems like they will cater to the wishes of the buyout party and sell it as a good deal.  Cutting the dividend, though needed,  could have likely extended for 2 more months when the outcome is known.
