That's why they are currently selling assets.

 ( already cut the dividend and her under strategic review. )

 I also believe the interest rates will not remain this high for another year. 

The average Canadian personal debt is way too high. This is already starting to take serious effect and will only get worse.

   Later next year we will be having a different conversation about interest rates.
