STRATEGIC REVIEW PURPOSE

Reits admitting they messed up capital structure or risk management, looking to sell off as much as it can so shareholders walk away with something between SP and the listed "NAV" assuming their remains liquidity in the CRE market....of which there appears to be, minus office sector.
