I don't think you're going to get your wish for 2 reasons
1. I don't think the 2% means much to companies buying back shares if they believe their shares are seriously undervalued which i believe BTE thinks is the case
2. They continue to signal what their shareholder returns policy is. I think we'll see a modest dividend increase but the majority of returns will be buybacks until we see some significant share price appreciation
